Chipping IT is run by myself - Nigel Chipping. I started Chipping IT with the aim of providing low cost, professional computer services that are especially suited to home users. I have been designing software for some 8 years, primarily using Visual Basic and VBA with Excel. For website design I also have experience with PERL, PHP, ASP, JavaScript and VBScript.
Chipping IT operates outside of the usual 9-5, i.e. the time when most users at home are in need of it. Wherever possible, Chipping IT will operate from 6:00pm to 10:00pm weekdays and 10:00am to 5:00pm weekends.
Some of the services offered by Chipping IT include general Computer Maintenance, Website Design, Software Design, Secondhand Computers, Built to Order Computers, Upgrades and Data Recovery.
Chipping IT is different from large corporations. You will find Chipping IT offer a friendly, yet professional service whatever you require. Whether you are looking to setup a website, or have a computer built to meet your exact needs, Chipping IT will not pressurise you into spending more than is absolutely necessary.
Because Chipping IT is run from home, costs are dramatically reduced. There is no office building to maintain and no highly paid staff to keep employed - I run Chipping IT as a sole trader business.
